Blooming marvellous show

"BLOOM, Peter Norton's exhibition of photographic prints of flowers, was opened by just-back-from-a-trip-up-the-Amazon Ken Done at Norton's Annandale warehouse on Wednesday evening. Norton, a former rag trader (he possesses seven Fashion Industry Awards), tossed in the tape measure a few years back to make a career out of a passion — photography. His images hang in fabric house Charles Parsons' Shanghai HQ, World Square commised his work for their public areas and it's on the walls of clients in Asia, Switzerland and the UK.

Bloom Exhibition at Annandale

"Just in time for spring, Peter Norton has created an exhibition of macro flower images which opened last Wednesday at the artist's studio at Johnston Lane, Annandale.

With Ken Done opening the show wearing a colour co-ordinated orange sweater around his neck, it was always going to be a buzzy night in the inner-city.
